I wrote about not being able to find a suitable equivalent of ‘missing’ in tamil. Now that a word ‘mizhakkiren’ has been coined, I used it for a kavithai. :)

That was a good one Raju:) keep them coming..
Hi Raju,
Couldn't comment on your poem due to my lack of Tamil knowledge. By the way, are you going to watch Villu? I did watch the trailer which got leaked on net, oh boy, " so colorful" it was. And the stills where he sits with a few dogs, the latter looks more attractive :D. Eagerly waiting for Bala's movie.
Mary
Ramya, Thanks.. :) I donno when I will write my next kavithai... This one just appeared in my mind one day.. so, lemme see..

Mary, welcome here.. :)
Hmm... writing the translation for the poem will be quite hard, and also there is the danger of the intended meaning getting lost in translation.
Villu? I dont want to watch really. Mine would be a case of 'Twice bitten thrice shy'.. (ATM and Kuruvi experiences); but, if the 9 planets align themselves into a straight line tomorrow and I lose my mind, I might.. ;) LOL on the dogs comment.. Nowadays, the pets look better than Vijay.. He looks disgusting in the 'collar-biting' stills.. Only an Indian man knows how much dirt is there at the tip of the collar.. YIKES...
Me too waiting for 'Naan kadavul'.. Hope it is not a gory movie dealing exclusively with aghoras, though..
"pets look better than Vijay"
becareful! vijay's fans might chastise you for this
I was eagerly waiting for Naan Kadavul, but the creepy and nauseating facts about the Aghoras have lessen my anticipation.
Mary
Mary, :) Looks like the Vijay fans are in for a big disappointment with their thalaivar's luck running out...
Bad beginning to the new year so far.. hope Naan Kadavul lives up to the expectations..
romba nalla irukku. keep it up.
Vijay Ganesh, thanks.. :)
Goodness, there's so much effective info above!
